Recipe for vegan Gulash

GULASH

Ingredients:
morsels of soy
2 cans of peeled tomatoes
1 onion
paprika
cumin
marjoram
laurel
lemon
oli
salt
white wine

vegan goulash with pasta

 First you need to boil the strips of soybeans in salted water for 10-15 minutes, then squeeze to remove all the excess water.

Put in a saucepan the finely chopped onion and two tablespoons of oil, sweat over a medium heat, add the soy and paprika.
Add tomatoes, laurel, a pinch of majoram and cumin, a bit of lemon peel and salt.
Cook them for 10 minutes then add white wine.
Cover and simmer over low heat until the wine will not be evaporated. Stir occasionally to avoid that soy will stick to the bottom.
