Recipe Ciocco Cocco Cookies without sugar

BISCUITS CHOCOLATE COCONUT WITHOUT SUGAR

Ingredients:
2 cups coconut rapè,
2 cups of wheat flour type 0,
3 soapspoons of rice malt ,
1/2 cup of doy milk,
100 g margarine,
salt,
50g dark chocolate

Preparation:
In a bowl put the margarine and malt, blended. Add the remaing ingredients, the crumbled chocolate and baking powder. Made into balls, crushed in the centre. Put on a baking sheet with parchiment paper and place the biscuits. Bake at 180°C for 15/20 minutes.
