Recipe for Chocolate, Raspeberries and mint Tart
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRIES AND MINT TART
A simple recipe to make a cake at home, the chocolate raspberries and mint tart where scents and flavors come together in a lovely hug.
100 gr brown sugar (mascobado)
200gr flour 00
50gr almonds flour
pinch of salt
pinch of cremor tartar
In a bowl, pour te sugar and margarine, stir and mix well together.
Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough with your hands helping to obtain a loaf. Wrap it in sheet of plastic wrap and put it to rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Then roll out the dough ona baking sheet in a thickness of about 4-5 mm. Bake for about 20/30 minutes at 180°C.
100 gr dark chocolate
2 teaspoons of rice malt
200 ml soy cream
1 teaspoon oil
1 jar of raspberries jam
In a saucepan heat the cream, when it starts to boil turn off and add the chopped chocolate, malt rice and oil; stir until creamy.
Take the tart and cover it with jam where you have chopped the mint and the chocolate cream. Decorate with fresh raspberries.
