Recipe Beete or Spinach with Ginger
BEETE OR SPINACH WITH GINGER
beet or spinach 500 gr
2 ginger teaspoons
1 clove of garlic
Heat up the oil in a skillet and saute garlic, a teaspoon of garam masala ad onion for about 3 minutes, then add the ginger and the tomato and cook for another 2 minutes. Add spinach/beete, stir and cook for about 7 minutes.
Mix in a bowl the yogurt, salt and garam masala.
Pour the yogurt on the spinach/beete and serve hot.
